LI 250
Celebrating America's 250th Anniversary in suffolk County

We are proud to be a participating member in Suffolk County's
celebration of the birth of our nation. Join us as we celebrate local connections to this historic milestone and explore the American Revolution as a maritime conflict.

The Kids Kicked it Off!

We started our programming in September 2025 with The American Revolution at Sea.
Children "sailed" back in time 250 years to meet naval characters, learn about life at sea,
use navigational tools, and make their own simple sextants!
