Doug Westin's 'Moonstruck'

Moonbeam #2 'Moonstruck', originally built for Doug Westin in 1975 as part of the Moonbeam class, was donated to the Museum in his memory in 2003.
Moonstruck is currently undergoing restoration at the Museum. She is a fiberglass model of the original wooden moonbeam. Volunteers, under the leadership of the Museum's shipwright Josh Herman, are restoring her to the original condition.
After her restoration, she will sail in many local regattas, including the Catboat Association Rendezvous. She will be displayed in many community maritime events and will serve as a floating ambassador for the Museum.
